Position Details:
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Shift: 2pm - until work is finished
Pay: $20.00/hour

Position Purpose:
The Redline Runner is a key support role within warehouse operations, responsible for maintaining product flow and replenishment within picking zones. This position requires a high level of multitasking, strong equipment skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. High reach equipment experience is required.
The Redline Runner ensures that pickers remain productive by proactively replenishing product, managing pallets, and assisting with various warehouse support tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Operate high reach equipment to replenish product in designated picking zones as needed
• Monitor inventory levels in zones and proactively restock to support order selection productivity
• Refill tote locations within zones to ensure continuous workflow
• Pick up and deliver pallets from zones to the Quality Check team as required
• Assist with order picking in zones during high volume periods
• Perform general warehouse duties such as pallet movement, equipment staging, and zone organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; report unsafe conditions immediately
• Perform daily safety checks on assigned equipment in accordance with company policy
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines
• Meet required productivity, accuracy, and safety standards
• Adapt to changing work priorities and fluctuating hours based on business needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned to best serve the company

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

6+ months of prior warehouse/distribution experience

Must have prior High Reach experience

Multi-tasking skills highly preferred

Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift

Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
