Job Description:
The Senior Administration Coordinator position will perform the following duties:- Communicates with vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
- Provides clerical and administrative support, including the preparation of correspondence such as letter writing, transcribing, copying and distributing, filing, and processing mail, facsimiles and other correspondence.
- Interacts with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensure customers' and vendors' questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a contributing member of the department's team and other teams, as assigned.
