The Hispanic Sales Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and strategic growth partner for Hispanic and multicultural independent and regional foodservice operators. This role is responsible for expanding Performance Foodservice's presence within Hispanic foodservice segments through consultative selling, relationship development, and market expertise, while driving profitable growth aligned with company capabilities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serves as the go-to food service industry subject matter expert for our multicultural/ethnic independent and Regional Segments
- Strategic Market Growth:
Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute long-term growth strategies and targeted marketing initiatives for Hispanic foodservice customers. - Strategic Prospecting and Sourcing:
Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities by aligning Performance Foodservice's products, services, and distribution capabilities with customer needs and value drivers. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong long lasting relationships with key decision-makers, owners, operators, and influential leaders within the Hispanic foodservice community. - Consultative Sales & Presentation:
Create and deliver professional, customer-focused sales presentations designed to address operational challenges and drive long-term partnerships. - Pricing and Financial Outcome:
Utilize pricing strategies, financial models, and profitability analysis to negotiate agreements that support sustainable growth and a balanced account portfolio. - Representation and Segment Advocacy:
Represent Performance Foodservice at industry events, trade shows, and community functions, promoting the company's value proposition and strengthening brand presence within Hispanic markets. - Account Onboarding and Transition: Lead the successful onboarding of new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition to assigned Sales Representatives and a positive customer experience.
- Internal Collaboration and Mentorship: Provide training and expert guidance to internal sales teams on segment-specific challenges and emerging market trends
- Market Intelligence and Insight: Synthesize Industry data and competitive landscapes to advice on the refinement of PFS products and services
Account Penetration and Promotions: Drive account penetration through product positioning, menu support, and the presentation of current promotions and programs.- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications:
