| Position Purpose: As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing and driving performance across a team of sales representatives while building strong relationships with your team and customers. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of the Core-Mark sales process.2. Skill in operating various office equipment, such as a computer (laptop), e-Pad, order entry, phone system, etc.
3. Skills in problem solving and analyzing to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
4. Ability to communicate with department managers, co-workers, and business contacts, in a courteous and professional manner.
5. Ability to be task and team-oriented and focused on goal achievement.
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
7. Ability to check and correct own work.
Preferred qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.University degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of three years of related experience or training in the retail industry; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Must have experience developing marketing and sales strategies.
Valid Driver's License.
