Job Description:

Responsible for identifying, defining, and implementing standardized business processes and providing support to the users of various planning and consolidations application throughout Performance Food Group, with a focus on continual improvement. This role will be directly involved with a major upgrade project and is accountable for capturing business requirements, reviewing and defining functional design enhancements, and standardizing processes and procedures. Facilitates system governance and application architecture while delivering reports from planning and consolidation cubes. Collaborates with Finance and IT and serves as the lead change agent for the development and implementation of major process improvement ideas; may be involved in future strategic reporting projects/initiatives.

Works with functional business areas as a primary member of the project team to perform testing, identify potential strategic improvements, and support the enterprise in achieving its objective of uprading the platform.

Responsible for delivering ongoing maintence of the current planning tool, including creating procedural documentation.

Identify process improvement opportunities through liasing with segment users and understanding current and future business requirements. Opportunities should focus on optimizing the tool and achieving greatest impact on efficiencies with the fastest ROI.

Implements and supports functional design and process components for planning, forecasting, and consolidation application, including optimal architecture and configuration.

Develops approach for test cases, executes and reviews test results. Drives colloaboration with Finance end users and IT to execute changes and guide requests.

Partner with others to deliver training, inlcuding development of training materials and process guidelines.

Assist with the training and successful transition of previous roles as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Business or IT major

3 - 5 Years in Management team and resources. Project Management.

Preferred qualifications:

5 - 7 Years in Principles of Process Management, Process Management experience.
