Position Summary
Replenishment Operators are responsible for maintaining product availability in forward pick locations by moving product from reserve storage locations to designated picking locations throughout the distribution center.
This role directly supports warehouse productivity and service levels by ensuring selectors have sufficient product available to complete orders without unnecessary delays. Replenishment Operators must safely and efficiently operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Lift to retrieve, transport, and place palletized product within warehouse racking.
The position requires strong equipment operating skills, attention to detail, awareness of warehouse activity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Lift to retrieve and place palletized product within warehouse racking
• Replenish forward pick locations from reserve storage locations based on operational demand and system-directed work
• Maintain sufficient product in pick locations to support continuous selection and minimize selector downtime
• Accurately scan product and warehouse locations using RF handheld devices
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations before completing replenishment moves
• Transport pallets safely between reserve and forward pick locations
• Prioritize replenishment work based on operational needs, product demand, and direction from warehouse leadership
• Respond promptly to empty or low pick locations that may impact warehouse productivity or service levels
• Safely place and retrieve pallets at various rack heights using a Narrow Aisle Reach Lift
• Inspect pallets and product for visible damage before movement and communicate damaged or unsafe product to warehouse leadership
• Identify and report blocked locations, damaged racking, unsafe pallets, or other conditions that may interfere with safe replenishment
• Maintain awareness of selectors, pedestrians, powered industrial equipment, and other warehouse activity while operating equipment
• Perform required pre-shift inspections of assigned powered industrial equipment and report equipment concerns or defects
• Park, charge, and secure powered industrial equipment in accordance with established procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Comply with all powered industrial truck, safety, productivity, and operational procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
• Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
Preferred qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience• 1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• 6 + months of stand up reach truck experience highly preferred.
• Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
