Core-Mark is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Recruiter to support our distribution center (OpCo) leadership teams. You will be identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales and leadership talent to drive the success of our business. You will be a talent advisor and partner closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of the sales and operations organization while building candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
- Source and maintain a network of potential sales and leadership talent for future hiring needs and manage relationships with passive candidates.
- Interview and assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure alignment with Core-Mark's strategy, vision, and culture.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners taking a consultative approach to understanding the business needs, defining job requirements, and developing recruiting strategies for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and collaborate with HR to ensure compensation and benefits packages align with company standards and market trends.
- Ensure all candidate data, interview feedback, and communication are accurately captured in the ATS to stay compliant with OFCCP guidelines.
- Utilize AI and data-driven insights to identify the best outreach methods, source quality talent and analyze market trends.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Possess strong candidate and client management skills, with a proven ability to influence.
- Deep knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills
- Proven track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional skillsets including sales recruitment
- Proficient knowledge and demonstrated results using recruitment technology (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, database mining, social media, university and military)
- Evidence of writing and presentation skills to both senior management and hiring managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven recruitment decisions.
Required Qualifications
\tHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
\tMinimum of 3 years' experience full cycle recruiting and sourcing
Preferred Qualifications
\tBachelors' Degree in related field of study
\tAgency or corporate recruiting experience
\tSupply chain and logistics recruiting is highly desired
\tExperience recruiting for commission sales positions is highly desired.
\tExperience with Paradox or similar AI-powered recruiting tools
\tExperience with BrassRing or similar Applicant Tracking Software (ATS)
