Assist in reporting & processing both accident & injuries, review board and safety committee.
Ensure dispatching solutions complies with FMCSA, OSHA, CSA and DOT HOS regulations.
Complete driver check in with returning drivers to include, but not limited to, collecting POD scanners, verify upload, collecting tractor keys, audit paper work, and validate checks.
Monitor on-time deliveries and update routes in DCMS based on delivery requests and delivery window changes.
Performs data entry, tote tracking and payroll for various departmental personnel.
Perform these and other duties as may be required.
Flexible to work other days and shifts as needed
High School Diploma, preferably BA/BS in Business, Logistics or Accounting
Min 2-3 years of Transportation, Operations or Logistics experience preferred.
Experience in a distribution or transportation environment a plus!
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, on-board computers, scanning, TMS, WMS, payroll, People Net, POD scanning and AS400 a plus.
Prolong sitting up to four hours at a time
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Bending and stooping required
High School or better.
