We have an exciting opportunity at our Core-Mark Milton, ON Division!

Core-Mark International Inc. is one of the largest and most valued marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions offering a full range of products, marketing programs and technology solutions to over 24,000 traditional convenience stores, drug, grocery and specialty stores selling consumer packaged goods across North America.

We are hiring for a full time permanent Operations Support Manager reporting to the Operations Director. We are located at 8030 Esquesing Line, Unit #1 Milton, ON L9T 6W3.Working with the Director of Operations and the Division to execute through systems and system integration delivering results that add to efficiencies throughout the division. Responsible for leading process and continuous improvement initiatives. Developing process and synergy between all division locations through technology and data analysis. A constant contributor to Health & Safety compliance. This role will be directly linked to our strategic lever of leveraging technology.

SCHEDULE/ SHIFT

Monday – Friday 10:00 AM– 6:30 PM (Days and hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the business, Must be able to work occasional Sundays in support of team.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or diploma in business, management or logistics
  • Knowledge of business related statistics, profit and loss statements
  • Experience in leading small teams.
  • A leader in change management
  • Experienced completing Operations related cost benefit and root cause analysis
  • Minimum of five years in the logistics industry in a supervisory/leadership capacity
  • Strong abilities with MS Office Applications
  • Familiarity with health and safety legislation
  • Strong propensity for analytics and data management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
