We have an exciting opportunity at our Core-Mark Milton, ON Division!

Core-Mark International Inc. is one of the largest and most valued marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions offering a full range of products, marketing programs and technology solutions to over 24,000 traditional convenience stores, drug, grocery and specialty stores selling consumer packaged goods across North America.

We are hiring for a full time permanent Continuous Improvement Manager reporting to the Division President. We are located at 8030 Esquesing Line, Unit #1 Milton, ON L9T 6W3. The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for the execution of various, cross-functional projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Works collaboratively to find innovative ways to improve organizational outcomes and to minimize cost. Maintains attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures set forth by Core-Mark management.

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent related experience
  • University Degree in Industrial Engineering, CITT, P. Log, or APICS would be an additional asset
  • 3-5 years warehouse management/distribution experience
  • Strong understanding of item movement and inventory control
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change efforts to improve operational performance
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large scale, cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with a diverse group
  • Intermediate computer skills including AS400, Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
