Educational/Work Experience Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and must be customer service oriented; AS 400 experience preferred. General computer knowledge with typing: including MS Word, Excel, Access programs and 10-key experience. Satisfactory performance should be reached within 3 months.
