Our Client Care Representatives provide our customers prompt and courteous service, and act as a liaison between customers and other departments.

* This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.


  • Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, electronic orders (EDI) and web-ordering;
  • Utilize internal data systems to maintain scheduled reports;
  • Create new reports, as required, for the business;
  • Enter and investigate customer claims for shortages, overages, miss-picks and requests for return;
  • Offer customers technical support for handheld ordering units when trouble shooting is required;
  • Communicate late run information to customers and the sales team;
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve customer inquiries;
  • Provide backup support to the receptionist, as required;
  • Filing;
  • Comply with all Health and Safety policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED);
  • Related experience considered is considered an asset.

General Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in pressure situations;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Ability to deal with repetitive tasks.
