Warehouse Worker – Competitive Pay

We recently opened a new location with upgraded technology.  Our business is expanding and we are hiring multiple warehouse positions to meet the growing need to provide local, fresh, and healthy solutions to neighborhood market and convenience.

We are currently hiring for the following positions in our warehouse: 

• Line Order Selector – Swing Shift

• Full Case Order Selector – Swing Shift

• -Through our full case incentive program, you can make up to $5 an hour on top of your hourly rate!

Hourly pay rate: $18 – $25.50

We start out the day with celebrating previous days wins, current days customer needs, a socially distanced group stretching activity within CDC safety guidelines, then we get moving on getting the job done so we can get to enjoying our personal lives.

This is a fast pace position where team members stand next to a conveyor line, as totes flow down the conveyor, they work quickly to select product to fill the totes to the customers order. This means you would be required to stand, twist and reach for a long duration; use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. There is frequent walking involved in the space and the conveyor lines are typically located upstairs. There is occasional need kneel, crouch, or crawl. A good portion of the items are small selections. However, team members must be able to regularly lift and/or move 5-10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
